How does it work?
Functioning
Education Staffing Partners offers assignments according to client needs. When a client likes your profile, we conduct an interview with you, then propose an hourly rate as well as the terms of intervention, dates, learner profile, etc. If everything suits you, then we sign a contract together (ESP and the trainer).
Vous réalisez votre mission selon les modalités convenues, puis nous vous rémunérons à la date prévu ( maximum 30j fin de mois).
What is the proposed hourly rate?
At the start of the collaboration you are paid 43 euros / hour, then this amount increases as the collaboration progresses (generally reviewed every 9 months) and based on the feedback you receive.
Is it my responsibility to prepare the lessons?
Yes, you are an expert in your field, you prepare your own lessons.
Where are the proposed missions located? What types of clients?
Throughout Europe, for businesses, schools, training centers.
When do I get paid and who pays me?
You will be paid a maximum of 30 days after your assignment, at the end of the month. Education Staffing Partners will handle your payment.
What type of contract is being offered?
We offer subcontracting agreements. You must be able to invoice us afterward, therefore you must have independent contractor status. We do not offer permanent, fixed-term, or any other type of contract.
Are travel, lesson preparation, and meal expenses reimbursed?
It depends on the clients; some are willing to offer this in addition to the hourly rate, while others cannot, according to their internal agreements.
